A beautifully appointed waterside restaurant at the foot of Bermuda's Hamilton Harbour. We look forward to welcoming you and sharing Chef Serge Bottelli's masterful interpretations of the sunny cuisine of Southern France La Coquille opened in 1997 and is managed by Gioacchino Di Meglio. Fine
dining is exactly what executive chef and assistant manager, Serge Bottelli,
desires. A staff of 25, including restaurant manager Domenico Cacace,
complements chef Bottelli and his culinary creations. The menu and restaurant
reflect the marine theme – in keeping with the BUEI – and
emphasizes French Provence dishes, a style from southern France. Chef
Bottelli has developed new menus with great care, utilizing years of experience
and wisdom in the field.
