BERMUDIAN
Cod Fish Cakes with Mini buns and traditional garnishes

ITALIAN
Two different pasta dishes - your choice

FISH AND CHIPS
On site fried fresh Bermuda (or imported) fish with our chef's secret batter and French Fries, Tartar sauce, Ketchup, Vinegar and Lemon - china or newspaper basket

SEAFOOD STRUEDEL
Selection of shrimps, scallops and lobster in a lobster sauce wrapped in puff pastry, Champagne and caviar butter sauce

CHINESE
Sweet and Sour Pork, Fried Rice, Spring Rolls

SATAYS (3 Skewers per person)
Beef, Fish, Seafood or Vegetables, grilled on site with an accompanying sauce

MEXICAN
Tacos with chilli con carne for filling and salsa, lettuce, tomato, Avocado, sour cream and grated cheese - Meat, fish or seafood fillings are available on request

JAPANESE (6 pieces per person)
Sushi bar with a selection of freshest fish available

FRENCH
Selection of Miniature French pastries or cheese

BEEF WELLINGTON
Tenderloin of beef in a light puff pastry

SMOKED SALMON
Our own Home Apple Wood Smoked Salmon, served with red onions, creamed horseradish and a selection of breads

Oysters, Cocktail sauce, Marinated Gravalax, Tuna Tartare, Tiger Shrimp. Bermuda and Maine Lobster available upon request.

English Style Fish and Chips, served in waxed newspaper with salt and vinegar

BERMUDA STATION
Bermuda Fish Chowder and Cod Fish Cake with bun, ketchup, mayonnaise and tartare sauce

INDIAN STATION
Chicken Curry with Basmati Rice served with minted yoghurt and mango chutney

CHINESE STATION
Singapore Fried Rice Noodles with Shrimp Spring Rolls served with Sweet and Sour Sauce

ITALIAN STATION
Penne Arugula

NEW ORLEANS STATION (20 person minimum)
Jambalaya, Shrimp, Chicken and Andouille Sausage served in Cajun spiced rice, Cajun Spare Ribs

CARVING STATION (50 person minimum)
Steamship of Beef, Roasted Turkey, Smoked Ham, Prime Rib of Beef, served with horseradish, mayonnaise, mustard, lettuce and tomato, a selection of freshly baked breads

More Substantial Finger Food

Often, a selection is required for lunch or cocktail parties which we can offer a more substantial food item for your guests. If you are concerned that a regular choice of Canapes is not enough, certain hors d'ouevres can be made as larger size if ordered by the dozen. We hope this is helpful when assessing your requirements.
