As an island, Bermuda has much in common with the East when it comes to the enjoyment of seafood. At L'Oriental we specialize in presenting the finest of the ocean's bounty for the discriminating gourmet.
We are particularly proud to offer fine Russian Caviar, fished exclusively from the icy depths of the Caspian Sea.
Beluga
The most prized of all caviar, Beluga comes from the largest of Sturgeons, weighing up to 2,000 pounds. Large-sized pearls with the characteristic light-to-dark gray hue
Sevruga
With an intense briny, bracing flavour our Sevruga caviar is second to none. You’ll recognise it’s smaller grain, & delicate colour variations from light to dark gray.
Ossetra
A delectable fruity flavour distinguishes Ossetra caviar, it’s glowing colour varies from warm brown to greenish-gray, with a pleasantly firm grain. Harvested from Ossetra sturgeon of between 100 & 400 pounds which reach maturity at 14 years
Oysters
These "Pearls of the Deep" provide a gourmet experience not to be missed. Served fresh over ice on the half shell - these tender morsels are seafood at its best...
